Eligibility for Refund or Return
You are eligible for a refund or return only in the following situations:
1. Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged item along with your order number.
2. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong product, color, size, etc.), please notify us immediately with a photo of the received item and your order details.
Non-Eligible Situations
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:
